Steven Klein was the lastest lucky to receive a gift from Lady GaGa.
He tweeted a photo of the box, but didn't reveal the contents.
In the following tweets he said it was 'personal' and 'private':
"WOW no not the cake(a follower suggested that he had received a cake like DJWS received for his birthday) very personal and amazing sorry i can not photo this wow wow wow"
"I apologize did nor expect it but fantastic but private did not mean to tease you"
Afterwards, a Little Monster asked if Steven and GaGa will work together on a video for ARTPOP and he replied that she must ask to GaGa.
